What we collect
When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address, address and a short description of the job, plus the day and window you prefer. If you call us, we note the same details in our job system.
How we use it
We use these details to confirm your visit, send arrival texts, give you a price and keep a record of the work for the guarantee. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing texts.
Who sees it
Our office staff and the plumber assigned to your job see your details. We use a scheduling and payment tool to run the business, and those providers process your details on our behalf only.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as the guarantee runs and for the period tax and licensing rules require, then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to see which pages are visited. It does not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email office@pipewright.co or call (503) 555-0172 and we will respond within 30 days.
