Terms
Last updated 11 October 2026. These terms cover how Pipewright Plumbing books visits, gives prices and stands behind its work. Pipewright is a fictional company made for a Framer template, so replace this page with your own terms before you publish.
Booking a visit
You can book a two-hour arrival window online or by phone. The online form is a request, not a confirmed booking: the office confirms by text during opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. A plumber texts again when they are about 20 minutes away.
Prices
Most jobs are priced from our printed price book, which lists labour, standard parts and cleanup. Big jobs, such as tankless heaters and whole-house repipes, say “from” and are quoted after we have seen them. If a job turns out different from the book, we stop and tell you the new price and the reason before we start. Nothing begins until you say yes.
Visit fee
If you decide not to go ahead after we have looked, there is an $89 visit fee. When we do the work, there is no visit fee.
After-hours visits
A plumber is on call every night and on Sundays for leaks and no-water emergencies. After-hours visits add $150 to the price-book price.
Payment
We take card or check when the work is done. For water heaters and repipes over $2,000 we offer payment plans, which we explain in writing before you agree.
Guarantee
Everything we install or repair carries a two-year guarantee on parts and labour. If it fails, we come back and fix it at no charge. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, from work done by someone else, or from parts you supplied.
Permits and access
We pull permits for water heaters, repipes and remodel work, and the cost is in the price. Please make sure we can reach the work area and that someone over 18 is home during the visit.
Liability
We carry the insurance and Oregon CCB licence required for residential plumbing work. Our liability for any one job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the law says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
